New York City FC’s 2017 MLS Playoffs campaign came to a heartbreaking end at Yankee Stadium on Sunday evening.
Despite the 4-3 aggregate defeat to Columbus, there was a swell of positivity on social media as fans took to their channels to express their pride at the fight displayed from the Boys in Blue.
NYCFC never backed down and only fell a goal shy of qualifying for the Conference final, almost completing the Playoffs comeback to end all Playoffs comebacks.
