New York City Football Club is pleased to confirm that defender Maxime Chanot has been awarded Etihad's Player of the Month for May.
The defender played four of the team's five games in May and brought his leadership and character to the fore during a challenging period on the field.
That included the team's important road point against Orlando City SC. Chanot played the full 90 minutes and helped in stifling Orlando City's attacks at several key moments in the match.
A worthy winner, the Club would like to congratulate Maxime on this achievement.
