New York City FC attacker Ismael Tajouri-Shradi has been voted the Etihad Player of the Month for June.
The 27-year-old Libyan senior international has turned on the jets in the last few weeks for New York City’s Football Club, helping lead the team up the Eastern Conference table on the strength of four consecutive games with a goal (two in a condensed June schedule due to the FIFA international break).
Tajouri-Shradi’s tallies helped NYC win two of their three June matches and add six points to their total.
Ismael was nominated alongside Thiago Andrade and James Sands, and the Club would like to congratulate all on a strong start to the summer season.
