Ronald Matarrita came through his first game since his foot fracture unscathed on Wednesday night in Montreal and is fit to face the Fire, and so too is Yangel Herrera who made a late cameo in Canada.
It's hoped Chanot will return from his injury after October’s international break, while Camargo is out for the rest of the season.
Sands will also miss the game as he has joined up with U.S U-17 squad for their FIFA U-17 World Cup preparations in Dubai.
For Chicago, John Goossens, Jorge Bava, Daniel Johnson, Christian Dean and Juninho will miss the game according to MLSSoccer.com, while Bastian Schweinsteiger and Patrick Doody are rated as "questionable".
