Internationals: Four NYCFC Players in Action Tomorrow

An important few days of World Cup qualifiers and friendlies lie ahead as MLS Regular Season games take a backseat over the next week.


NYCFC players Alex Ring, Ronald Matarrita, Rodney Wallace, and Miguel Camargo will be in action tomorrow as they represent their nations for a few international games.




Finland vs Turkey


When: Friday, 1pm ET

The Match: Alex Ring has been called up to the Finland National Team for the World Cup qualifier against Turkey tomorrow at 1pm at New Antalya Stadium.


Ring will hope to add to his 42 international caps with his nation who currently have one point from their last four qualifiers and sit in fifth place in Group I of European World Cup qualifying.


Their point came from a 1-1 draw against Kosovo back in September last year.




Mexico vs Costa Rica


When: Friday, 9:50pm ET

The Match: Ronald Matarrita and Rodney Wallace have both been called up to represent Costa Rica as they take on Mexico tomorrow at 9:50pm ET at Azteca Stadium.


Los Ticos are out to continue their excellent start to CONCACAF Hexagonal qualifying and stay at the top of the Final Round rankings following their two wins versus Trinidad & Tobago and the United States.


Matarrita and Wallace will both hope to add to their 17 international caps each.




Panama vs Trinidad & Tobago


When: Friday, 7pm ET

The Match: Miguel Camargo has been selected by Panama National Team Head Coach for their qualifiers against Trinidad & Tobago tomorrow at 7pm ET.


Panama will be heading to the final round of CONCACAF qualifying with matchday three. They currently lie in third place, having earned one win and one draw from their two games to date, and will visit fifth-place Trinidad & Tobago who have lost their last two games.
