Two New York City Football Club players have been selected to represent their country during the upcoming international window.
Homegrown defender Tayvon Gray has earned a first call-up with Jamaica. The Reggae Boyz will participate in Concacaf Nations League, with games against Honduras on September 8, before they face Haiti on September 12.
Elsewhere, Mitja Ilenič has been selected to represent Slovenia at the U21 level. The talented defender has represented Slovenia across multiple age groups at youth level, and has now been chosen by Head Coach Milenko Ačimovič for games against Bosnia Herzegovina on September 7 and France on September 11.
