U.S. head coach Jurgen Klinsmann has called up Mix Diskerud to join the National Team ahead of Tuesday’s Oct. 13 friendly against 2014 FIFA World Cup quarterfinalists Costa Rica at Red Bull Arena in Harrison, N.J.
Diskerud has had two appearances for the United States National Team in 2015.
The midfielder, has played 26 games for New York City FC and scored three goals.
