New York City FC proudly names The LandTek Group, Inc. (LandTek) āOfficial Pitch Supplierā at a groundbreaking event today at the site of the Clubās new, permanent training facility, City Football Academy New York (CFA NY), in Orangeburg, NY. LandTek will play a pivotal role as the Club takes one step closer to opening its first permanent home for NYCFC first team players, coaches and Sporting Department staff.
The announcement extends the Clubās partnership with LandTek, a NY-based specialized contractor in sports facilities, who built the training pitch and have maintained the Clubās temporary training facility at SUNY Purchase for more than two years. Additionally, LandTek supports the pitch testing before each NYCFC home game at Yankee Stadium, the Clubās first home stadium.
LandTekās work on NYCFCās CFA NY site in Orangeburg will be the next iteration of the partnership, bringing to life a one-and-a-half regulation-sized grass pitch that will set alongside team offices, space for player rehabilitation and welfare, and other amenities. With 10 yearsā experience working with Major League Soccer, LandTek brings experience and quality performance to ensure an elite facility for the NYCFC first team.
