R.J. Allen, Ned Grabavoy, Andrew Jacobson, Tommy McNamara, Patrick Mullins, Kwadawo Poku, Josh Saunders and Kwame Watson-Siriboe made a special visit to NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital's Komansky Center and Morgan Stanley Children’s Hospital last week. The players brought smiles and laughter to the patients and staff.
“I really wanted to have the opportunity to meet these special kids; I was excited when I heard about this opportunity,” said McNamara. “The kids were very energetic and excited and it made me excited as well.”
“They might be down because they are in a hospital, but to put a smile on their face is amazing,” said Watson-Siriboe.
“Just whenever you have a chance to connect with kids and make their day better, it is a tremendous opportunity,” said Allen. “Just to make them smile, there is no better feeling.”
