New York City FC are proud to announce Rennert International as the Official Language School of the Club.
Founded by world-renowned linguist and NYU Professor César Rennert, the foreign language school has provided best-in-class language education to students for 44 years.
Mr. Rennert created the company with the vision of providing world-leading Spanish language training to his fellow New Yorkers.
Throughout the last four decades, this enterprise has expanded into an institute that enrolls thousands of students annually and provides courses in all modern languages.
In addition, the company's “English as a Second Language” (ESL) courses are considered among the best and most innovative programs in the nation, welcoming students from over 90 countries.
Through this new partnership with NYCFC, Rennert International will receive an in-stadium presence at the iconic Yankee Stadium, the Club’s first home.
Rennert International will also receive hospitality at home games where they can host students, many of whom are accomplished international professionals and already fans of the world’s sport.
In return, New York City FC employees will receive weekly Spanish language lessons, both at the Club’s midtown office and out at the Club’s current First Team Training Facility at SUNY Purchase.
Furthermore, Rennert International will provide Club staff members with special offers on classes to further their education in the future, including translation and interpretive services.
Both sports and language play important roles in society. Through this partnership, New York City FC and Rennert International will use soccer and language to break down borders, bring people together and strengthen global identities and international reach.
