NYCFC has had an eventful month earning crucial points playing three games out of five at home, one of which featured NYCFC Head Coach Domènec Torrent take the reins for his very first NYCFC match.

Anton Tinnerholm is one of City’s faithful, not only scoring goals but running, defending, and crossing that has set him apart so far. This month, Tinnerholm assisted Isi’s rocket strike against Orlando City and Jo Inge’s powerful header vs Chicago Fire. Here’s to even more from Tinnerholm in July.
Jo Inge Berget
Jo Inge is having a great month. The Norwegian striker stepped up after Villa exited with an injury and scored his second and third goals for the club against Toronto. Just one match later, Jo scored his first road goal and fourth NYCFC goal against Chicago. Berget looked full of confidence throughout both games which earned him the NYCFC.com Star of the Match for both. It’s safe to say Jo will be hungry for more.
Ismael Tajouri-Shradi
Ismael Tajouri-Shradi continues his big impact on the team with three more amazing goals this month. Isi scored a beautiful brace against Orlando City to earn us three points and scored again against Chicago Fire. A total of three goals in one month is not bad at all…
Alex Ring
Alex Ring earned the NYCFC.com Star of the Match during the tie against Atlanta for making numerous authoritative challenges and leading by example, as he always does. The Finn continues to impress and show his value on the pitch.
