His performances have earned him a reputation as one of the finest goalkeepers in MLS, with Freese making a number of important saves during October to help City clinch big wins against Nashville SC and FC Cincinnati.
Carrying that form with him into the playoffs, he once again put in a fine display during Game 1 of the playoffs during Cincinnati.

That helped City claim six points against Nashville and Cincinnati, with Rodríguez netting one of the fastest goals in Club history against Nashville.
A tricky dribbler with an abundance of creativity, Rodríguez’s tally in October helped him finish the campaign with 12 goals and 10 assists, underlying his importance to the team.
Alonso Martínez
The Costa Rican forward finished the regular season with two goals to take his tally to 16 in MLS this season.
